THE CHALLENGE

Scouting for Girls came to us with a clear mission: build serious hype ahead of their Everybody (Still) Wants to Be on TV anniversary tour  and sell out the pre-sale.

They didn’t just want to announce a tour they wanted to build a story that brought fans along for the ride well before a single date dropped. At the time, their social channels were posting inconsistently, without the momentum needed to fuel fan excitement or drive conversions.

​

We had two weeks to spark buzz before the announcement and two months in total to turn content into ticket sales.

THE SOLUTION

We created a two-month, platform-first strategy focused on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, starting with a two-week teaser phase that laid digital breadcrumbs for super fans to discover.

Every other day, we dropped new content combining nostalgic throwbacks with trend-led formats and hidden clues. These included lyrics, location hints, and subtle nods to the upcoming reveal. The fans caught on fast, and engagement started building before the first official date was even shared.

​

Aimee led creative development from start to finish building out a narrative structure that made the announcement feel like the climax of a story. We shot both iPhone footage for an organic feel and high-res content to elevate key moments. Due to Scouting For Girls backed schedule we had half a day to film all this content.

Highlights included:

  • “15 years ago today This Ain’t a Love Song went to number 1” — 4M+ views, 250K+ likes, 3K+ comments.

  • A breadcrumb-driven teaser arc that made fans feel like insiders.

  • Fast-paced, trend-aware rollout built to convert hype into sales.

RESULTS
  • 400% more pre-sale tickets sold than their previous tour.

  • 21,000+ tickets sold in the first week of the campaign.

  • 3 venues sold out, with 5 more on low-ticket warnings.

  • £500,000+ revenue generated
